is it possible to do an direct deposit with tilia, if i call them possible maybe with a check or direct deposit with my bank account if possible? :)

I'm not sure whether you're talking about money coming in to SL or money going out from Tilia to your bank account?

Either way, if you have a RL bank account, set up either a PayPal or Skrill account, where you have connected your bank account and followed the instructions for verifying your account (in either PayPal or Skrill).  Then set that PayPal or Skrill account as your payment method in SL.  For buying L$'s you may need to pre-populate your PayPal or Skrill balance with a transfer from your bank account to PayPal or Skrill, but this set-up should allow you to buy L$'s and allow you to sell L$'s*** and do a process credit back to your PayPal or Skrill account (where you could then transfer the money back to your bank account).

*** as long as you have met the Tilia requirements for identification and the minimum USD amount for initiating a process credit

These three knowledge base articles cover the majority of topics regarding L$'s and USD:

Billing - English - Second Life Community

Buying and selling Linden dollars - English - Second Life Community

I'm surprised that, after all this time, Tilia, which claims to be a money transfer company, doesn't have full banking relationships. By now they should be plugged into bank-level systems such as ACH and SEPA at least, rather than needing second-tier services like PayPal and Skrill.

Fee's. that would likely be the culprit.

right but im wondering if there is a way if you have an ellgible bank or bank number to just make things easier?

No, I don't think so.  If there was, it would have been mentioned on the Account balance - English - Second Life Community  wiki page.   The closest topic on that page regarding payments directly to or from you bank, is "Wire Transfers" and that section clearly states that they will not be done, and if you wish to credit your USD balance to an external account, please do so through Paypal or Skrill.

Wire transfers

Sending money to Linden Lab

Linden Lab is not currently able to accept payment from your bank via wire transfer. Please pay for balances through credit card, Paypal, or Skrill.

Receiving money from Linden Lab

Linden Lab is not currently able to support payment to your bank via wire transfer. If you wish to credit your USD balance to an external account, please do so through Paypal or Skrill.

Hi all ! :)

Another system such as Paypal and Skrill is also needed. For example, residents living in Turkey and producers like Estate Owners, Creators, Designers, Scripters (who pay domains and servers ), Gaming SLSGO owners and more etc. are now starting experiencing economic crisis. ( More thank 100 people+ )

Because Skrill has stopped working like paypal (2016) as of today. You can see that Linden Lab started working on November 11 in the status grid. https://status.secondlifegrid.net/incidents/58sbn44gqxk7

''  Investigating : We’re aware of the issues with payment provider support for our Residents in Turkey. We’re looking at options to continue supporting them.''

There are hundreds of Turkish manufacturers and they are waiting for this news with curiosity and impatience. The good thing is, we think Linden Lab will not leave us. The only problem is the speed of the process. We take it natural. Money things progresses require trust. Tilia needs to solve this :) It is a reliable and licensed company in USA. It would be great to open up to Europe.

Transferwise also can be awesome with super low commissions :) It's also licensed. We check Linden Lab's updates. As soon as possible !

There are many important producers in Turkey. Their contribution to the economy of Linden Lab is enormous. Also, Paypal and Skrill are not used in many countries. A new payment system would be great.

For example, I live in Turkey. Lot of people thinking about we create the highest quality yachts in Second Life. Our team also created the SL's biggest day/night changeable house with 2000 HD Textures in 2020. This is never advertisement but we are working hard for new products sure. There is also some more Turkish Companies who 50ooo or 60ooo members in SL groups.

In short, we do love Linden Lab Team and they are supporting us. Status Grid : We’re looking at options to continue supporting them.

So, if there lot of good creators in any country, Linden Lab may find new solutions sure!  :)

really nobody will say there are no good creators and SL accountholders in Turkey ... but yóur government blocked Paypal to function.  Perhaps LL cán do something, but first place is your government. Problem is... when they make new ways to export money, that brings a lot of other issues that need to be solved, and i wouldn't be surprised when SL gets a total block in certain countries when they do.
This looks a lot like the EU VAT addition. LL cán do something by taking that for own account, but it's the EU that makes that law. To get it away EU citizens have to be in Brussels.

This is the reason why we are so patient. We trust Linden Lab. It's not easy, but new payment systems can be very good. It will work for many people. Skrill also raises its commissions. This is also a problem. Linden Lab sends USD, Skrill can only send EURO. and from here they cuts huge commissions and it divides the money.

Dear Alwin Alcott, thanks for  info and good chat !

Identified - We’ve identified a solution for payments to our residents in Turkey, and are working on getting that in place. We will be able to share more details about it soon, and look forward to enabling our community to continue creating amazing content in SL.

Again , We do love LL :)

Monitoring - We're happy to announce that we've reached an agreement with Rapyd Financial Network (https://www.rapyd.net/) for payout support for our Residents in Turkey. In order to request a payout, please submit a "Wire Request" under the issue type "Tilia Account" from our support portal and we will follow up with necessary next steps for your case. You may find that we need a few extra days to process your payments as we get this new flow ironed out.
