I don't have an in-depth solution, but I do have a couple of additional questions for you.  

Which viewer are you using, and which version of that viewer?  (And which OS - Windows, Mac, Linux?)

And you are getting that exact error message shown in the image in your post?

Mainly, I think people who got this error back in 2019 were using old short-cuts from prior to when this function was added to the LL viewer.  With your account looking like it's only a week old, I'm a little confused as to why you'd be getting this error if you've just installed the LL viewer for the  very first time a week ago.  Are you using a computer with an old, old installation of the SL viewer?

i started game 5 days aggo i didn't changed any setting or buy anything to change my camera view,i use windows 10,i have unistall the game and reinstall it. and still have that problem by having that problem i can't teleport only what locations i saved,i need asap sollution any dev or something ,i need DEV support.

Thanks for this additional information - you do not have the same problem as the message shown in your original post.  People that had that message were not able to even log in, and you are able to log in. 

Regarding the blank Destinations window in your viewer, I'd follow Rowan's advice and file a support ticket. 

In the meantime, there is a web page Destination Guide which is a more comprehensive guide than what is found in the viewer, and once you select a destination, click the "View this Destination" button, then the "View on Map" button and then the "Visit this Destination" which will communicate with your viewer so that it will (generally) open a Places window so that you can teleport to that destination. 

The link to the Destination Guide can also be found in the list of links at the bottom of these forum pages (in the Second Life column) and also from your web dashboard.

to check services you need windows button + r and type msconfig,if you guys read again problem like mine tell him this sollution.
