Group chat issues

I created a group a few days ago and everytime someone trys to chat in it it says 

The message sent to "NAME"  is still being processed.
If the message does not appear in the next few minutes, it may have been dropped by the server.

and this

Error starting a new chat session with (group name). Error making request, please try again later.

 

The other groups don't have this issue including the more recent one i created for something else, what the hell is going on with it??

Actually, there are so many problems with Group Chat that most people consider it a good day if any of it works.
