How to post a pic in the forums?

I use tinypic.com  to upload images, and then I copy the HTML and paste it into the HTML here in the body section on the forums.. but when I hit preview it says ''only uploaded images can be viewed..'' or something like that

Do I need to use a different site to host the pictures?

You have to click the little tree icon in your answer and choose "browse" from you computer. png, jpg and gif files are the standard format.
