Cannot derez object due to inventory fault

I can't see anything on the grid status regarding inventory issues and I keep getting the message "Cannot derez object due to inventory fault" . Anyone know what this means and/or what to do about it?

I am getting the message 'attempt to rez an object failed' when trying to attach a HUD from Inventory so must be related?

Oh, I just tried to login twice and outfits couldn't load... And even started a thread because I didn't see this one first.

Inventory keeps fetching and fetching and fetching but clothes aren't loading.

Confirmed it also occurs when using "Take Copy", but the item is actually added to inventory, so that at least is a fake message.

Seen in Singularity 8382 and the latest Official Viewer 551711 on mainland with server 553685

I was going to go to one of the sandboxes and try it there, only it struck me that Auto-return might be even worse.

Maybe the Grid-poking-bot stuck the poking stick in the wrong hole?

For the past 3 days I have been experiencing extremely low frame rates and remaining a cloud for eternity yet still being able to use my huds. I don't believe it's fully resolved.

Still having issues with items missing from the inventory as of 12:30 pm PST. Attached a screenshot.
