Voice not working in Marines RLV Viewer

I'll try and explain the best of my knowledge what is happening.

I use both firestorm and Marines RLV viewer.

I was having problems getting voice to work on either of them... let me clarify, mic works, sound works but just not on SL. Went through settings and enabled voice but noticed when i opened up the tab for choosing input and output devices there weren't clickable. 

I eventually fixed Firestorm but creating the pass throughs for TCP and UDP ports. Now Firestorm works.

I still however have the same issue for Marines RLV viewer. It won't allow me to select the input and out put devices and i have no ability to voice chat. I've even lifted all firewall restrictions and still no change.

Anyone have any ideas?
