Bought and paid (Real GBP cash) for tiems which never seem to arrive, even after ''redelivery'' requsted, and email recieved.

I must say, having been a member since around 2009(?) i hadn't ever used real life money to buy in marketplace.
And having begun to do so recently... it's a NIGHTMARE!
One item has what appears to be a 'HUD' but is titled 'skin', but no skin appears, only a flat image card which might be settings for with/without eyebrows.
But never seen that skin yet.
HOWEVER, my main issue are a LOT of items i have bought since 9 Dec 2020. In fact all items i have bought since 9 Dec 2020 have not been showing in my inventory.
They show as ''delievered''.. but i have yet to see.
Tried 'redeliver'' link on a few to see what happens.
I get email notifications.
But..

You guessed it! None have shown up yet!
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

(WHY do so many apparently great looking avatar shapes NOT have the skins findable anywhere to buy? Or they just saying ''hey only a great arteest like moi can do this! You go get cheap ones, free ones, or try yourself!   Well... I might!))

I haven't used the stock Linden Lab viewer for a long time, but if you're using that one there's a 'Received Items' section at the bottom of the inventory tab which you need to click to open and access your Marketplace purchases:

 

I use both SL stock viewer, and swap to Singularity. And yes, indeed, i am aware to look in ''reciaved'' folder.
I still have not recaived much of those orders as yet either. In fact, just off the top of my head, although don't expect this to be accurate, it feels as though less than half of what i paid for actually has ever shown up in the pst four months, and I am coming to the coclusion, that with this issue, and other tech issues too, that SL hasn't really come up to date with any other online game/VR/virtual world experience, and i am hearing stuff which takes me back to the late 90's and early 2000's, if i am honest.

Also, i just had a peek at my marketplace profile info, and looked at my Linden Credit/balance. And Last time, a few days ago it was strangely down to around $L200, and now down to ZERO!  I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANYTHING for a few weeks, and certainly bought nothing while that cash was disappearing!
WTF?
I am beginning to find less and less reason to bother logging on

H! Incidentally, I can't really do much on SL for now, and guess it will be due to the extra amount of people online at home due to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions here in ''UK'' as i am always just a puff of smoke for now (I know, it is not recommended to use an android phone tethered to PC, nor wifi, but it has not been an issue until the latest lockdown restrictions kicked in. So will expect that to improve once the restrictions relax and peolle get out and about and leave me alone to stay indoors online! lol!
(only just now noticed my profile says i joined in 2020... untrue, i joined around 2009)

Check your transaction history on the main Second Life website. This is usually caused by being a member of a group that has its land set to show in search, with the group membership set in such a way that the payment for that search listing (it's L$30 per week, as I recall) comes from the L$ balance of random group members each week. The bigger the group membership the less likely you are to be hit by that repeatedly, but a smaller group has fewer members, so if you've not been logging in often enough to notice it then you could have paid that search listing several times. Your transaction history will show the last 30 days (if you're a non-premium member) and the last 90 days (if you're premium) and you'll see where the money went.

BTW, the profile date you mention in your next post is the date when you joined SL with the account you're currently posting on, not the date when you very first accessed SL on any other account.
