Can't log in to secondlife.com or marketplace.secondlife.com

Not sure if this is the right place for it but I'm desperate. I've tried three different browsers, clearing my cache etc but it won't proceed to the login results page and kicks me back to the marketplace page without signing me in. It gave me an error when I tried logging in on secondlife.com saying:

An error occurred during a connection to secondlife.com.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I know it's only affecting my account because I tried logging in on an alt account and that allowed me to go on as normal. What's happening? I'm not sure who to contact. Any help would be appreciated.

It's not just you.  Many people have been having the same problem for days.

I would also suggest filing a support ticket so they are aware it's still an ongoing problem.
