sl viewer and pheonix pics ?

I am using sl viewer 2 my friend's using pheonix  he changed his  SL profile pic but now I only see one SL changed pic but not the 2nd SL pic  he put in ...On his  viewer he see's both changed.. anyone else having this problem?

I guess you are talking about the 1st life picture that you can't see updated? That seems to be normal. Your friend could change his 1st life picture by editing the web profile directly at https://my.secondlife.com (in case your friend is logged in they will be redirected to their profile directly) or https://my.secondlife.com/<username> (for instance https://my.secondlife.com/ansariel.hiller in my case)

Then click on the edit profile button and your friend can change the 1st life picture for the web profile.
