I'm not sure I understand what you're offering. Are you selling the sim outright? Full Transfer? And, I take it there are people living on it that you don't want kicked off the sim. Is that basically it?

I agree with Aegis... what is this posting..??.. what are you selling...??... what is the billing date and the asking price, that's what we need to know...  cut the crap if you want to sell it (and have you people taking care of)...

You guys are wasting your time on this posting.  My advice, is let the buyer beware. 

This guy (Yes, Alison is a guy) tied up 10 days of my time.  He was short and abrupt and impatient.  I had questions and concerns at at time when he disappeard for 5 of the 10 days I wasted on this property.  He blamed 6 days worth of storms and tornado's for his absense when I saw no weather reports nationally that anyone had that many Tornado's.  Its a wonder he didnt have a Tsunami or and earthquake. 

This property is loaded with Renters which he precollected rents on and had (has) no intentions of giving to the new buyer.  Once we came to terms on a price and posted proper support tickets to sell to me, He continued to bring in new renters and precollect those rents as well. 

After his 5 day absense, he finally answered serveral emails of mine and accused me of bad behavior and bad attitude.  When I insisted that either he pass along prepsid rents, I suggested that no rents would be honored if I did not get that money. 

It was then that Mr Alison Pulled his support ticket to sell to me and all I ended up with was ten days of wasted time. 

Long story short...   Be careful with this one.

I had a very similar experience to Yikes - even after I had agreed the purchase with Alison and we had raised the transfer tickets, she still had open rent boxes all over the island. At one point while I was waiting for the transfer to go through I was stood there, shaking my head at this, when somebody appeared right next to me and rented a plot - I advised him that he ought to ask for a refund as I had no intention of continuing the rentals after the transfer, and an hour later I discovered that I had been banned from the region! All my messages asking about the existing renters (some of who had paid as much as six weeks rent in advance) were ignored, and after the transfer went through I had to deal with an endless procession of people asking /me/ for refunds (which must have totaled many tens of thousands of L$) and even some threatening griefing attacks - none of them had been informed that the region was being sold, and had been paying money into their rent boxes as normal right up to the last day.

Whatever the claims of "taking care of her people", I certainly saw no evidence of this during my dealings with her - instead it seemed that she was determined to suck in as much money as possible from her unwitting tenants in the time between deciding to sell the region and the transfer being completed, which seemed a highly dubious business practice to me!

As Yikes says - be very careful, in my opinion she is as slippery as an eel.

Ah ok.  Not surprised.

 

Alison Fromund is a griefer and will eject and ban you after returning your objects repeatedly.  We paid her tier and rent...then she kept returning our stuff.  When we asked her for help, her only reply was to keep returning our stuff as soon as we replaced it and then ban us.  It's just a griefing sim, I do not think anyone actually is able to live there.  So, do not rent from this person unless you are interested in wasting some time and money.  I lost my objects in the process and recieved no refund or any of my things back.

What I don't think is OK is for him (or her) to keep 2 week rent money and the objects of someone who he (or she) banned after only 2 days on the land. After banning, I believe that the right thing to do was to refund the rent money of the unused 12 days and to return the objects. I'm glad that NOT all Estate Owners are like this person. I've rented before from two great people: Zeebster Colasanti (Dream Seeker estates) and Paradise Genesis (Paradise World Estates). Never had any problems! They were kind, helpful, and, most of all, trustworthy! That's why I'll keep renting land... but never again from Mr/Ms Alison Fromund.
