Yo everyone so... I've been on for more time than I'd like to admit the last few days not gonna lie lol mainly spending time figuring out this whole avi thing.

I got the Jake Belleza body, Catwa Head, matching Stray Dog Skin, and some tattoos.

For some reason tho my head looks really weird with my hair on? I'm not sure but if you could hit me up in game my Username is: Trapmoneyvinny

If I knew how to upload a photo here I would but honestly feel free to just TP me if you can lol.

Any and all help appreciated, thanks y'all.

I'm going to hazard a guess that you might have enabled BoM (Bakes on Mesh) on your head and are now seeing a big, poufy clear 'halo' shape cutting through your hair, or what looks like large chunks of your hair missing from certain angles. If this is correct, then that's caused by your brow-shaper and you can fix it by editing it.

In the stock Linden viewer, the brow-shaper inventory icon looks like a side-on profile -

And in the Firestorm viewer it looks like a bent brown 'wig' -

Whichever viewer you're using, right-click your avatar and select 'edit outfit'. Find that brow-shaper icon in your Wearing tab, and edit it. When the edit window pops up, go into the Style tab, and pull all the sliders to zero, then click Save on it. See this video for what you should be doing.

If that's not the issue, then please let us know what you're actually seeing.

SL needs an Emergency Clothing Repair Center. Someplace staffed by volunteers, where people really into clothing help users fix such problems. New Resident Island, Firestorm Help Islands, and Caledon Oxbridge are often helpful, but much of the time, there are no official helpers at any of those places. Or the people there may not be clothing experts.

Surround the Repair Center  with clothing shops. To have a shop there, you have to serve some number of hours per month as a helper. Or have a Repair Center in a fashion mall, as a traffic builder.

(The idea comes from cosplay conventions, which often have an Emergency Cosplay Repair Center, staffed by volunteer costumers with sewing machines, hot glue guns, safety pins, and staplers.)
