Selling My Land

I bought my land in an auction in lieu of having a lInden home. I don't like it. does anyone know how I sell it?

Bring up the "About Land" box and you should see a "Sell Land" button on the tab that has the parcel name and description. 

Click that button (Sell Land) and I think there are several things you need to enter -  the selling price, whether to you want to sell it to anyone (or just a specific person) and whether any objects on the land are included in the sale.  And then there is a confirmation button, I think, to finalize that you're selling it. 

I generally remove everything from the land before I put it up for sale - so people can see what the parcel actual looks like - but others like to leave it decorated / landscaped so that buyers can see the 'potential' of the parcel.  It's up to you.
