Question

[1] Can two Homestead Regions be neighbors to each other?! Or, to state it another way... Can two Homestead Regions be connected, as neighbor sims?

[2] If an account holder already owning a Full Region were to purchase and sale a Homestead Region, what would be the situation if the new owner didn't own his/her very own Full Region?

Thanks for all of your help!:matte-motes-kiss:

There is no way around the requirement to own a Full Region if you want a Homestead Region unless:

Homesteads for educators and non-profits

We do not offer discounts on any type of Private Regions, but qualified educators and non-profits are allowed to order a Homestead Region without owning a standard Private Region, unlike regular Residents. If you represent a qualified non-profit organization that wants to order a Homestead Region, submit a support case to do so.

(Excerpt from http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Homestead-Regions/ta-p/846139)

If you don't fall under this education category, consider renting a Homestead Region.

[1]  Private Estates can be joined/connected in any way that you want to, regardless of what type of region it is (full sim/homestead/openspace) & they do not even have to have the same owners anymore. Homesteads do not have to be connected to the owners full sim anymore either.

[2] There wouldn't be a "situation where the new owner didn`t own his/her own Full Region" because they wouldn`t be able to buy the Homestead, the ticket would be rejected. (unless it was already arranged with LL to be a non-profit or educational buyer)
