No L$ for my real world US$

I am still waiting for Liden dollars since paying for some on the 8th of December.  My checking account has been charged and Best Rate's instructions seem to indicate I should have had my order processed by now.

 

I also haven't been able to fully log in since roughly this weekend.  My avatar and the local never fully rez.

 

I have been looking for how to file a support ticket, but haven't been able to find advice other than I should file one.

 

At this point I would rather have my real world money back since I am no longer in the mood to rent land, which is what started this whole mess.

 

What in the H--- do I do now, other than find a different hobby?

Your old thread (the one you created only 15-20 minutes ago) is still there with the answer to your question about your L$ purchase.  It also tells you how to file a Support ticket.
