hello my name is david taylor and i am wondering if it is posible to fix my avatar to be able to be seen by others it has been like this for a number of days now and people are complaining with me just being a cloud

Of course it is possible to fix it. It depends on why it is a cloud. Check the list of what you are wearing, at the bottom of the list you should see 4 items, your skin, your shape, your eyebrow shape, and your eyes. (I think these are them) If any are missing you will remain a cloud, add them if missing and you will pop into view. There are other things that can cause this, but I will leave those to the next person. This is what affects me the most.

Have you by any chance used the Metachat app?  If so, read this:

If not, try a simple reboot of your modem after clearing inventory cache.
