1/3 Homestead for rent at $2300/wk in the sim of Belarus

You get group rights which include ban, media, set landing, change parcel description, terraform, etc.

10% discount for 4 weeks advance.

Use your tier for a discount - 512 m = $350/wk off and 1024 = $700/wk

You get 1/3 of a sim shared with the SL Public Land Preserve and one other tenant. Very quiet. Currently in winter and seasons change here.

Residence preferred but low impact store is also possible.

Skyboxes, pets welcome (but not multiple breedables barn).
