I made this alt and added my payment info (both CC and paypal) yet when I want to buy Linden, this is the error I get:

The link is not helpful, does anyone know what the problem is?

Do your payment methods work with your main avatar? 

Possible problems:

• Your credit card has expired
• Your card is a debit card and is no longer accepted by LL
• Your PayPal account is not verified (backed up by a bank account or a credit card)
• There are no funds in your PayPal account

If none of these issues apply, and if your payment methods are working with your other account, then call Billing at 800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277.

The payment info works fine on this account, just not the new one.
I can't call billing as I am not in the US, I'll see if live chat will be able to help once its available or I'll submit a ticket.

Okay, live chat was very helpful. The problem was the most random thing, aka I hadn't logged into the viewer yet with my new alt, so I was barred from buying Lindens full stop. Logging in once fixed it for me.
