A friend of mine cannot see my av. She can see everyone else's av EXCEPT mine! Help!

A friend of mine cannot see my avatar, but she can see everyone else's av. It's really frustrating unless I want to sneak up to her, hehe.

 

Has this happened to anybody out there? Any suggestions I can forward to her?

Are you completely invisible to her, or does she see some parts of you?

Try to rebake (Press Ctrl+alt+R) to see if that helps.

Then empty cache in me->preferences->setup. Press Reset next to the cache location field. Shut down the viewer and log in again to Smith or Pooley. Open your inventory sidebar, press Recent and wait for your inventory to load fully. Then rebake again.

If she is running the Phoenix viewer, it is possible that she had unrendered you.  She needs to go into the Phoenix menu and find the place to take you off the unrendered list.  Sorry I don't use Phoenix so can't give you the exact instructions.

That's a very good point! The derender list in Phoenix is in the Phoenix->Asset blacklist menu from what I can find out. (I don't use Phoenix either.)

adding to cinnamon's answer (which may very well be spot on): find the asset blacklist under phoenix > asset blacklist > avatarname > remove.

relog/tp out&back in or change group tag to re-render you again. =)
