Can not change / activate / switch groups

Anyone have this issue before.  Logged in to SL and it will not let me change or switch or activate any groups.

Happens on multiple views, SL, Firestorm and Black Dragon.

Do you have rlv enabled for a specific group access?  I know a few groups where you must enable a collar to group access when you're on there sim.  When you do that, you're unable to change group until you untick group access in the collar menu.
