Edit shape When you open the screen, the skin becomes transparent

I tried changing the viewer, but all viewers have the same behavior.

I was able to reset the environment settings, recover the shape, clear the cache, etc., but this phenomenon does not recover.
I'm in trouble because I can't change the shape.
