Help with Current Look Folder

Hello once i download Third party Programm in my Iphone called Metachat i log with it then it is destroy my ava no one can see me i can see me grey i have 5 folder Current look i use all the steps clear cash reset LSL bridge every thing

It appears to be the case that these folders are created by version 1.2.9117 of the Metachat viewer (I don't know what action in that viewer causes this), and that the addition of that folder causes your appearance to be broken. Changing to another viewer does not correct the problem.

Early next week we will attempt to undo the inventory changes responsible for the problem; in the mean time, if you are affected please file a support ticket.

Please please be very very careful using this workaround!

If you accidentally hit the delete key on your keyboard while your root "My Inventory" folder is highlighted, you will delete your root inventory folder. You will get no "Are you sure" prompt & you'll be sitting there looking at a blank inventory window. All your inventory will be gone & you will not be able to login an ANY viewer because of recursion when creating the inventory skeleton.

All viewers will just freeze at this stage of login: 2020-11-28T01:36:44Z WARNING #Inventory# newview/llinventorymodel.cpp(2126) LLInventoryModel::accountForUpdate : Accounting failed for 'My Inventory' version: unknown (-1)

File a support ticket & let LL support delete your "Current Look" folders safely.

Try opening the outfits folder and wear an outfit.
As for the multiple "current look" folders, let the MetaChat people know, they need to know about this if this is indeed caused by that.

I wouldn't think you could delete those folders, they are system folders. What I was trying is to get you to at least wear something else other than greyness.
The excess system folders can only be deleted by LL, so no use even trying to delete that. 
However, I had hoped that there would at least be a way for you to wear a system skin, system shape, system eyes and system hair and have something to work from.

Anyway, if NONE of the things helped, not even in the slightest way, then it's time to file a ticket with LL and ask for them to have a look and see if they can fix things for you. They can do things that us, mere mortals, can not do. 
So go to https://jira.secondlife.com and open a support ticket (create a bug report) and tell them exactly what you told us here in the forum, include the pic, explain all the steps that you have taken so that they know that you have done all you could.

i'm not so sure they will help, seeing OP uses a non Linden viewer on iphone

I would recomment to see if the same happens in the normal viewers too.

The screenshot is of a normal viewer. Firestorm, by the look of it. So there's your answer, it does it in a normal viewer too. 
A quick google search showed me that the inventory window in MetaChat looks like this:

this also fixed my issue as well. using radegast to delete the offending current outfit folders that were created.

Look a few sims, no idea which and why, rejected the LLSD login and wanted to use the ancient XML-RPC.

Due to this friends and inventory where not loaded and – really bad – lots of empty current outfit folders created.

Hello everyone, I have exactly this issue, does anyone know if this has been resolved. I have tried everything and I am still grey. I dont want to do anything drastic not knowing what I am doing. I did submit a ticket at LL is it just a case of walking around grey until someone comes back to me?

Yaaaaay, ok also downloaded the radegast viewer and deleted the current look folders created by metachat, then logged back in on firestorm all was fixed. Pheew.

I've posted a ticked with LL (and it's still being processed).

 

As for Radegast, it's a Windows-only solution (so it does not help us Mac-only folk).
