Hey folks! Before I close this thread since things have gotten a wee bit heated here, I wanted to drop in a few things.

During the holidays, there is always someone around to keep an eye on things in the event that things go terribly wrong. On the flipside, during the holidays response times may be slower as we typically run a skeleton crew because...well because of the holidays.

We do apologize for any delay or inconvenience that any of these slowed response times may cause, and we thank you for your feedback!
