Go to your marketplace account > order history.

Check if the items are indicated delivered or queue for delivery. If they are indicated delivered and you did not receive them, send a notecard to each merchant explaining your problem (copy/paste your transaction number) and ask for redelivery.

Edited: please note that delivery can take up to 8 hours.

Also, avoid multiple purchases in your cart as the more items you buy at the same time, the more delivery failure happen. I personally never buy more than 2 at the same time, and preferably from the same merchant.

When your buying on the market place make sure after you press place the order you go to the bottom right of the next pg that appears and press place order there too

I had the same issue a while back never knew there was another button there
