Our Current positions that we're looking to fill are Wedding Coordinators/Sales

In order to be a Wedding Coordinator, we ask that you are able to voice. You will delegating orders to your staff during the wedding, but also being able to communicate with your clients. You must have extreme patience, customer services, enthusiasm, and over the top professionalism. You MUST have compassion and understanding for each client to fulfill their needs from start to finish. You will be expected to perform a Bridal Consultation, a Wedding Rehearsal, and all together Wedding. This is a paid position plus 100% tips, Commission, per hour on sales. We do offer Full Training!

We do have a few positions in our company that do not require voice. And personally we just do not come across people anymore that don't voice. I know there are some out there and mostly they do not for either health reasons or opposite sex but since we have no issue with who you are as an individual, they always end up in voice with us. We have such a fun and friendly staff that a lot of them sit in discord to just chat. If someone was to apply but for the Sales position but for whatever reason did not want to be a Coordinator, we could work with them on this and not needing voice. We do try to be as understanding as possible. There are some positions of course where its just impossible to do and not use voice and Yes, we have tried.
