Double billed for a name change

I got double billed for a name change once they through my PayPal and once through my credit card.  How can I get this resolved, it shows I can change my name again or back but I don't want to.

Yea I filed a support ticket also, as it has billing options in there, im not super angry I mean I will take it as an account credit I know the forums are not attached to the accounts as far as billing goes.  I just was not sure if there was a quick way to get it resolved.

Probably nothing quicker than the phone call, although with tomorrow being Thanksgiving "quick" might not be the best adjective right now.  Your support case will probably resolve things.  Good luck.

i would double check   if your CC is connected to your paypal, and no funds on it,  it might be the bill from paypal showing up there.
