Premium Membership canceled!?

I have canceled my premium membership over 2 months ago an would go back to the basic membership.

By the time i can´t open my SL world with firestorm. The SL system don`t give my login free.

Please answer me and let me go back to the basic.

Your Premium membership is prepaid. That is, you paid in advance for Premium membership and will have Premium benefits until the end of the period that you paid for.  If you tell Linden Lab that you want to go back to a Basic membership, they will mark your account as "Pending Downgrade".  You will not be a Basic member until the end of the period that you have already paid for.  You will continue to receive a weekly stipend and you will have access to Premium sandboxes, Live Chat, all Support Case categories, and all of the other Premium benefits except that you will not be able to own a Linden Home or any other land in the Mainland estate.  

If you are having trouble logging in, it is not likely to be a problem with your status as a Premium or Basic member of SL.  You should still be able to log in, regardless of your status. If your membership status is still "Pending Download", I suggest contacting Live Chat to explain your problem.  As a Premium member, you should be able to do that.  You may also submit a Support Case, regardless of your membership status.
