Catwa applying hairbase help?

Hello, as you can see here, in the picture posted below, im having trouble with my hairbase. :( im using a catwa head and everytime i apply a hairbase, this line forms on my head, i have no idea how to get it off, it seems as if my hairbase that im applying is above it? I thought it was a skin issue for some reason, but its not. Please help if you can!

Start by clearing upper and lower hairbases..until you are bald.  Then applier to either upper or lower but not both

Eta..it also looks as if that hairbase my use a blush or eyebrow layer also.  If you use upper for hair, if you use blush or eyebrows be sure to use them on lower layer.

the blush one worked, it took it right off, thanks so much!!!
