Offline instant messages: is anyone else having trouble with people receiving them ?

I frequently send my SL wife offline IMs. For months there were no problems. Recently she reports, two times, that she never received an offline IM. She says she is not experiencing capped IMs.

Is anyone else having this problem ? Is it her account ? I see that I sent them. Thank you for any help.

It might be worth taking a look in her spam folder, and setting LL as a safe sender.
