So what is happening with the group chat.

I have not been able to use Firestorm English or Builders Brewer chat for about a week now. Is it down? When is it expected to be repaired? I wanted to put in a ticket, but the only options are account login choices.

Quite a few people have been complaining that group chat is down, glitchy, or unreliable lately.  You can submit a bug report through the JIRA https://jira.secondlife.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
