i dont know how to explain so just take a look

That looks like a corrupted skin texture. Try the following:

- If you have a BoM enabled body, take off your mesh body and see if the skin looks the same as on your mesh.
- Change your skin, regardless of whether you are using a BoM body or not. 
- Make sure you are not wearing any tattoos, BoM or system layers.
- Also make sure to not wear an alpha layer, some BoM bodies don't go red but try to render the alpha and this can sometimes go a bit wonky.
- Relog
- Clear cache

Let me know what the results of these steps were.

Totally off topic but Firestorm has a built in posestand under Avatar at the top.
