Disconnected from region !

Everytime I log onto secondlife it logs me out saying “ disconnected from region” I restarted my internet , I uninstalled and reinstalled secondlife twice and it keeps saying it ! Secondlife please fix this thank you ! 😐

Any region I log onto it says that , but if I log into my other account it lets me in fine

Start the viewer up but do not log in.  Click the Help menu and click About.  Copy everything it shows and paste it here.

Since you can login in a different account it is not the viewer or your connection that is the problem. It is the account or something about the account.

At this point I suggest you file a trouble ticket and let the Lindens look at it from their side. Find SUPPORT at the bottom of this page. On the support page is a link 'Contact Support', on the right-side. On the contact page is a link, near the bottom, 'Submit a Support Case'.

...and this is a user-to-user forum. Lindens read very little of it. So, we can't access your account not are the support people going to see you request here.
