Hello andres. It's a know problem especially for users with macs. Visit the following web page:

 http://neilrobinson.wordpress.com/2008/05/19/a-fix-for-dns-errors/

You need to add the following additional DNS servers to your DNS settings in Network settings under System Preferences:

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

If the problem remains, download an older version of Viewer 2 Here having your software updates NO to be installed automatically. (Preferences --> Setup --> Hardware)

Good luck

EDIT: Forgot to say that Rolig Loon found this solution and seems that it works almost for all. Thanks Rolig.

I was shocked to have this happen to me the other day. I had to turn off my firewall in order to log in. When my firewall reactivated, it kicked me out. I set my firewall to not turn itself back on and I was able to stay logged in.

Afterwards, I went ahead and restarted my system after leaving the router/modem unplugged for 17 minutes and haven't had any issues since.

I am not on a Mac so the other excellent answers may apply more to your situation if you are.
