Need Help!

I just purchased this https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/NOYA-PROMO-CHLOEE-Female-Model-Avatar/2031055 and I am having trouble getting it to work. I just get white boxes for the most part. Sorry if its an easy fix I am new here and not great with computers. If anyone could help that would be amazing!

Hi, this is an older store that does not use boxes that unpack themselves.

You have to open and unpack manually. I hope this helps you:
