My avatar doesn't load

Hello, I have been having this problem for 4 days , I created a ticket but no answer. My avatar is a cloud when I log .

 I freeze and crash strightaway, tried the test female  and forced rebake, doesn't work. Anyway, it's like 10 secs befre I crash so I have to be really quick.

I tried other alts and I have no issues, it seems to be with my main avatar.

Please help .

Ty so much fpr your answer . It's fixed after a simple cache clearing, what I tried before and didn't work. Anyways I'm happy its finally solved.
