I am selling this piece of land! It's far too big for little old me, so I decided to give it to someone who needs it (and it's for a low price)

 

- It's 8192 m2

- Moderate Rated Land

- Pretty quiet, not that much traffic (30)

- It's pretty large, perfect for large families 

- Slightly Landscaped (has a waterfall / balcony / trees and bushes)

- I'm selling it for L$ 3500

Is it on a private island owned by you?

If its not on a private island owned by you, you cannot actually sell it! And buying a land on a private island owned by some other company/person is more or less same as renting a piece of land. You never get to resell/sublet them unless the covenant says so.
