Timed Security System- Is there Such Thing?

Is there a security system for SL that allows you set a timed public entry? Like, for example, from 10 am SLT to 5 pm SLT, it will greet and monitor but not kick; but after 5 pm SLT until 10 am SLT the next day, it will automatically kick anyone. I would like to partially open up a parcel of land to the public in this way. Ban lines are out- I don't do ban lines or group restriction.
