Group Dividend ?

Not a clue what this is, I was talking to a friend and yesterday,  I got 7k from Group Dividend  which, I have no idea why.   I know i'm part owner of the group and we have a sim.  but. hm any ideas?

If you're in the right group role, you'll get a share of any income the group gets, which is usually sale of group-owned land, especially at a L$7K level. (I think payment to, or sale of, group-owned objects would work, too.) It's sorta the flip side of occasionally getting hit a few L$s in Search listing fee for group-owned land.)

For that amount, I can't think of anything other than the selling of some group land.
