delivery failed from my shop.. the item was not paid but i don't have the item in my inventory

i hope someone can give me an help, on my store, in the list of transaction there is one that say delivery failed, the item was not paid and it say that was not delivered... but is not in my store anymore and none else bought it... anyone know what's happen?

Since it's a gatcha resell, did you check past transactions to see if it was purchased already?   If it was more than 30 days ago though, it won't show as far as I know.

rowanminx, is a new gatcha.... is very strange never happen to my friend also ! and i'm sure was not purchased cause i checked all transiction....

Happened to me in a laggy sim as well from another vendor. I sent a screen shot of the transactions (happened like 3 times in a row) and everything to the vendor. But I think we just have to take the loss since there's really no way of proving whether or not we received the item unfortunately. It was probably my fault anyways for spamming the box while the sim was lagging.
