What is debug view in the advanced menu?

Debug Views is not unique to Phoenix.  It has nothing to do with your camera. All it does is display the pixel dimensions of information boxes like your overhead name/group tag box on your screen.  Unless you really need that information (Who does?), just leave it set to FALSE.

The camera debug settings are the same ones that you can access through your Preferences >> Input & Camera menu, so there's not much reason to do the same thing in Debug Settings.
