How do i put my camera settings back to default?

I was building and somehow my camera is a bit off. Even when i press esc. Its a tad annoying. Almost as if my avi is too short for the camera look. (not mouselook, it works just fine). I adjusted the camera controls but it just goes back to this view. HELP ME D:
