Just tried it this weekend and I agree that this is a huge improvement.  One thing, that may have been due to that it's a beta, was that it only works with the advanced features enabled and those where not enabled by default.  Had to set the preferences to advance then relog for it to work. 

I see a lot of new residents missing this and advance residents rarely use the Linden Labs viewer.

I did see where relevance has improved however, it relies heavy on key words now with less priority on land descriptions and searchable objects on a parcel.  As such, one could spam their keywords again and have very little items of that type on their land while showing up higher in search.

Weighting for search in my humble opinion should be:

1. Land Name

2. Searchable objects on land

3. Land Description

4. Classified Listing
