Добрый день! По личным причинам не заходила на аккаунт в течение нескольких лет. Как следствие - забыт пароль. На какую почту привязан аккаунт тоже не помню. Возможно ли каким-то иным способом восстановить доступ к аккаунту, например с помощью секретного вопроса, или про него можно забыть?

You will need to file a support case.  Use the "Support" link under "Connect With Us" at the bottom of this page.  Explain that you do not recall the password and no longer have the email for the account, and request that you be allowed to verify your identity in another way.  Then follow the instructions you are given.
