Log in to your Dashboard at secondlife.com and click on Accounts >> Transaction History  to get a record of your recent purchases.  Find the one that you are interested in, then cut and paste all of the information into a notecard and send it to the merchant as an attachment to a very politely worded IM.  Especially if you bought an item with copy perms, the merchant should be willing to redeliver your item.
