A small residential area with 5 houses available and a small place with a coffee and ice cream cart to meet with residents or friends.

Each house comes with the land rights, so you can change the name and music of the land. 

The houses are not furnished, I let you do your own work but if you need help with the decoration I would be happy to help you and lend you some items from my inventory. 

Don't hesitate to go for a walk, the place is not very big but I hope you will like it
