why i cant load another credit card to buy more  lindens  instead its directing me to some kind of site called tilia to give all private information it wasn't like this before? please help me and send solutions

Tilia is Linden Lab.  The lab created Tilia to handle its financial side.  Any time you send money to LL or receive it, the money goes through your account with Tilia.
