The lower price is usually for group members.  If you try and pay the lower price and you're not in the group, it usually give you a message.  Sometimes when things have different permissions they will be prices differently but that's normally displayed as such.

L$125 price is the regular price

L$94 is the discount price for shop group members

to get the discount price, join the shop group (typically there will be a group joiner board in the shop) then make sure you activate the the shop group tag over your head
