Help!

[Hera Ethereal]

Hello, I've tried logging like 20 times and at first my Avatar looked normally and sl seemed ok for a fews seconds, then it made me crash strightaway. Then after that My avi never rezzed completely, looked like a default sl shape with my bom skin on it and all the clothing , hair and accesories missing, ofc mesh as well.  

It also seems my friends don't get my IM's as I can't use local chat, move or find anything on search. I'm at a low lag sim and i see ppl experiencing the same problem as me but since I can't communicate I won't get any help from them.

However, I did try logging an alt and no issues with it so the problem is not my internet or viewer.

Please help, I do trust you can do it faster than an SL ticket, since it takes at least a couple of days . I'd really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!

Finally and after 5 long hours it suddenly got fixed. I hope this helps someone else who experienced this as well . My tip: Nothing really helps just wait till it's sorted out.
