I want to know because Second Life remove an entire scene into my land and return all objects!
The justification is that it tells me that the parcel is full, but it is not true: I ask Second Life to fix the scene, please. It was happened on Waumer!
Recover by backup server please!!!!!
I'm very very worry!
How can I contact Second Life assistence please?

Waumer is a mainland region.  Linden won't typically do a Region Rollback on mainland regions

the region rollback policy is here: https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000134561-region-rollback-guidelines

you can still file a Support Case and hope that Linden will make an exception for you though

a bit about how this can happen. All or most of the stuff on a parcel is returned because parcel full

there is a munted object on the parcel already. It is set to Physics Shape Type = Prim.  We change this munted object to Physics Shape Type = Convex Hull.  And the LI of the munted object explodes into 1000s of LI.  At which point stuff on the parcel gets arbitrarily returned until the objects LI total count is less than or equal to the allowable parcel LI count

No, there was no parcel and the parcel remained unchanged for more than a year.
I pay second life so that it does not unjustifiably destroy my scenes.
I'm very very angry!

Live Chat is available to Premium members 6am-2pm SL (Pacific) time (apparently even on weekends, which I've never done myself); they may instruct you to submit a support ticket. Because there's still an hour or so before Live Chat opens, you could file the ticket first, so you can refer the Live Chat people to that ticket with all the details.

That's not going to help. I mean, you may well feel angry, but try not to show it when talking to the support representatives: it's not their fault; they're trained not to react to anger, but you'll be asking them to do something very special that takes a lot of work, and all the more work the more time has passed since the items were returned.

It is sometimes possible to do a "partial roll-back" but the more the region has changed since the preceding checkpoint, the less possible that will be. (Perhaps obviously, no-copy items may be removed to protect permissions.) The point is, this is not at all similar to a simple "restore from backup" situation.

[ETA: I don't know what caused the event. @Mollymews cited the most likely cause for the "parcel full" situation. There are no doubt still some griefer exploits that could make it happen, too, although that doesn't seem to be nearly as common as it was years ago.]
