Viewer buttons are stretching past screen

I'm using firestorm emulator (Edit: This happens on the default SecondLife emulator too!) and all of the menu options and buttons on my viewer are sliding off where I can't click them, and my mouse pointer is also terribly misaligned. I just installed windows through bootcamp with my mac, and I have no idea why this is happening as the viewer runs fine on my mac partition. When I want to click stuff I have to move my stuff off of the screen to click. My screen is a 2K retina display, I'm not sure if that would affect it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
