How to change your GROUP above your name in Firestorm (2020.10)

Can anyone give me an answer to changing the GROUP name shown above your name in the Firestorm viewer?

The answers I have seen in this forum are two years ago or older and they talk about an EDIT menu at the top of the window, which doesn't exist in my window.

Don't worry about edit.  Just open groups and change it NONE at the top group list titles

Hit the people menu and the groups tab

I found it in the Conversations - Contacts window.
Click Groups Tab
Click the group I want to have showing above my head.
Click Activate on the right-hand margin.

Changing from the Conversation Floater/Groups Tab is how it has been done for a very long time. Any threads/KBs and such that reference the top bar/menus are listing secondary methods that have changed over the years.
